Looking for a black male born June 13, 1953 or 1954 to a family member at Catherine Booth Hospital in Cincinnati OH. Birth name was Rodney Duncan. He was given up at birth as an infant (2 months). No idea how long it took for him to be adopted. The mother was unmarried and it was a very difficult situation.
