I was at birth from my mother and adopted right away. i was told my mother was young. I was born at Fisher-Titus Hospital in Norwalk OHIO. I was told I am of Puerto Rican and Caucasian decent but could be of African American decent and White as well. definitely mixed race or I appear to be. I was told someone broke my hip changing my diaper about 2to3 days old and spent my first 6 weeks of life in a child ICU. No more info about birth mother is known and nothing of birth father is known. Adopted parents seem to think i have other siblings as well. also the case worker for the "welfare Dept" as it was refered to back then‚ was en older women from the county.
