I was told my father’s name was William and my mother’s name was Rita. I also was told I was born at Ashtabula General Hospital after a long labor. I was told my father was Cleveland, Ohio and my mother was from Ashtabula. Supposedly removed from birth parents home due to neglect and placed in foster care. Later adopted by foster parents. The agency that was involved was Ashtabula County Children Services Board and lawyer for foster parents I believe was named Cantegallo. The adoptive family’s name was Linn. Possible last names of birth parents was Phelphs (father) and Bourgeois (mother). Unsure if parents were married or not, but rumor had it they were married and had another child after I was removed from the home, a boy.
