I was told my mother was young, and an African American. My Biological father, James, and his Wife adopted me. The Adoption was at maybe the Catholic League in or near Cleveland Ohio. My full name includes Richmond which makes me think I was possibly born in Richmond Heights near Cleveland, Ohio. Or my Biological Mothers name was Richmond? I am now 50 years old and my daughter is ill. The doctors have no idea what this could be. We would like to meet the Mother or her relatives as soon as possible.
