My cousin is looking for her whole sister who was born in September of 1960. Her birth mother at the time was only 16 years old and loved her very much but due to money and circumstance was not able to keep her beautiful baby who she named Carol after one of her very own big sisters. We realize her name has probably changed but I am putting out any and all information we have with a hopeful heart. Her birth mothers name was Judy Stizel and her father was a man named Andrew Wagster. But parents have unfortunately passed. Judy passed very young. She had t1d (something her birth daughter might want to know) The baby was adopted through a closed Catholic adoption. The mother was sent to St Joseph Orphange until she birthed her baby. So many years have gone by and she was not forgetting about and is already loved dearly in the hearts of those who are looking for her. We have a BIG family and so much love. I hope we can find her
