Adopted and lives in the city of Ashland, OH at the age of 13. He was only with his "care takers" 4 months, Rachel and Evan Briggs / Brakes before Jaycob was brainwashed and turned on his parents. They are extremely wealthy and the wealth won out. Child services of Ashland County disrespected all family members and did not allow for even the grandparents tp submit an application for adoption. As of today, the dotted parents will not allow Jaycob any contact with his past. Because I live in Florida the Agency took advantage of the distance and even stopped my phone calls weekly with my grandson. Jaycobs’birthday is coming up on 8/3, he will be 14. I desire a phone call and an address to send him a present. I desire very much to be a constant in Jaycob’s life as the agency was so so biased. Please call Cathy Balint
