I was adopted out of The Childrens home in Cincinnati,Ohio. I finally did get my birth certificate 2 months ago but it doesn’t give much information except my birth mothers name which I have searched on Google to no avail. It says her name is Carol Jean Griffin in Mount Vernon Kentucky. She states her age as 36. I’m assuming she has probably passed on but would like health information and sibling info. My adopted parents were told I have a sister but that’s about it. No info on the father at all on the birth certificate. Please help me!!!
