The birth mother’s maiden is Spease, she attended college in this area somewhere during the years of 1952-1958. I am a female, my maiden name is Crowder but that is not my real maiden name that was the last name of the man whom my mother married and placed on my birth certificate. I was born in Columbus, Franklin County at St. Anne’s Hospital 1960. I do not have any information about the adoption. I do not know the adoptee’s name.
