Searching for my biological daughter I believe was born in 1983 (not sure of the month). I was told she was born at Mount Carmel West Medical Center in Columbus‚ OH and the adoption was arranged through Catholic Social Services. The birth mothers last name was Wenzinger and the birth fathers last name is Wurzauf. While searching in the early 2000s‚ I was told there was not a baby girl born at Mount Carmel in 1983 that matched either of our last names‚ so either the the birth mother used a different name or had her at a different hospital altogether. I was told my name was put in the birth certificate.
