I was born January 13, 1983 in Covington Kentucky (Kenton County) at St. Elizabeth’s hospital, but was adopted in Cincinnati, Ohio (Hamilton County) The adoption was handled by a private attorney, Steven Boller, in Milford, Ohio (north of Cincinnati, Ohio) My adoptive parents were told that my original mother was 18, and it is possible her older sister also relinquished a child for adoption. Original mother went to stay with a relative in Cincinnati, but had me in Covington Kentucky (2 miles from Cincinnati, Ohio)
