I am looking for biological father of son born to Kathleen Virginia Stoops in Perry County, OH and adopted 2 months later by Rev. Walter Edgar Fehrmann and his wife Hildegarde. They were Cincinnati residents at the time and also adopted (at the same time) another son born to a different mother 12 Dec 1948 also in Perry County. The child born in 1950 is still alive and is my second cousin.
