My name is Anna. I live in Ohio but was adopted from El Salvador in 1981. My birth name is Nora Patricia Ramirez and my documentation states that I am the daughter of Lillian Ramirez Guzman. It stated that I was born in the San Juan de Dios Hospital in Santa Ana. Documentation also stated that the address that my birth mother left was false and that I was abandoned there. It also stated that the information given was by Mrs. Marcelina Mendoza friend of the newborn and presented her personal identification card number (which I have the number still) and she left her digital fingerprint of her right thumb in Tacuba. Documentation states that I was born on November 1st‚ 1981 but was changed to September 23‚ 1981 when I was adopted. Thank you!
