My name prior to adoption was Gregory Alan Edwards, I was born premature 3pounds, I had green eyes that changed to brown in stayed brown, I was born April 14, 1968 At St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown Ohio, in Mahoning County. My Mother’s Name was Donna Edwards she was a college student, her race is Caucasian and her birth place is West Virginia. However her married name is now Donna Gaetano, The only info on my father was race African American, His First name is Gregory same as my first name is the same as his, and he was in college in Akron to be an Attorney/Lawyer. I was adopted April 16, 1970 by Jesse Lee Cousart and Elizabeth georgette Cousart (Parker) and my name was changed to Mark Kevin Michael Cousart.
