The only information I’ve been able to find is that his biological name was Steven (or Stephen), he was born in 1964 to Sallie Anne Green at the Catherine Booth Home for unwed mothers in Cincinnati, Ohio. My mother Sallie passed away 12 years ago and we had no idea that our half brother existed until about a week ago.
