My little brothers birthday name was Felton wood and he was in foster care and then adopted i thin at the age of 3 or 4. It was all in Cleveland ohio and im not sure if his name has changed or what are he maybe living in now. All I do know is my other brother Charles was in the same foster home with Felton for about a year before he was moved to another home Felton remained there and I do believe those are the parents that adopted him.
