I am searching for the adoption records of my grandfather‚ Franklin Byers Otto. He was born Mar. 31‚ 1916 in Columbus Ohio and I believe was adopted soon after that. I know for certain that he shows up in a 1920 census in Lansing‚ MI with who I presume are his adopted parents‚ John Otto and Mary Etta. My father told me that his mother’s maiden name was Weber but I am not certain if this is accurate. My grandfather passed away in 1966‚ three years before I was born. I am searching for him because I am deeply interested in learning where I come from. Thank you!
