I am looking for my niece nevaeh elizabeth Ludwig she was adopted from Licking County Ohio her mother was my sister tanya marie Ludwig. She has 2 brothers and two sisters sierra lynn and carlos we’re also adopted out. She has another sister lydia she will be 14 in October. My mother Elizabeth Ann Ludwig (Quick) and Jose Gutierrez (step-father) rasied her for mostly. Jose is the best man I have ever knowb and never thought of nevaeh as his stepdaughter but his blood daughter and lives for the day he can see her again. My mother and my sisters and my father have all passed away. I want her to know that we love her and we’re not going to stop looking for her.
