My Birth certificate was stated newark ohio signed bt my adoptive father. My Adoptive mom n Dad had 3 boys biological Last Name Eckhardt. I was bon the 15th but read My adoptive Parents did not get call to bring me home until 05/31/73. i know nothing else .
