Hello I’m searching for my twin brothers Jasper and cooper that was their names in 2011 before they got adopted. I no this is a long shot but can’t hurt try .I have to try . The twins where taken away by cps and placed in foster care to be adopted. The adoption was closed . We don’t no where or when it happened.
