I was originally adopted in the year 2000 to the family with the name of Russel and Judith Fortener. In Lima, Ohio. I know of my mothers name but I am unsure of how to actually spell it. She should be in her late 30’s to late 40’s. I have been wanting to meet her since I was 15 but since I was underage I was unable to do that. I truly hope I can find her and figure out her reasons and to see how she is doing in life. I am very curious.
