I am looking for any birth family. I was born at Akron City Hospital weighing 6lbs 12 ozs. I was adopted through The Family and Childrens Service Society. My adoption date was January 24 1964 with my adoption being finalized June 8 1966. I recently received my original birth certificate and my mother's name was Linda Rae Wyatt of West Virginia she was 16 when I was born. Her address on my birth certificate was the Florence Crittenton home for unwed mother's in Akron Ohio.
