I was born at Mercy Hospital in Mount Vernon‚OH on April 8‚1970. Doctor D.C. Schmidt is the physician of record. I tried to contact my birth mother through an Agency called Reunite many years ago and was told she didn’t want contact and would not provide any medical history. I was told her name was Diana Edgar but that she went by Dee. I’m trying to see if see wants contact at this time and also want information about my birth father and any other family that may want contact with me.
