I am searching for a half sibling that was adopted. My father gave up his parental rights after my half brother was born. I believe that the birth mother kept her rights and soon after the son was born‚ another male adopted him as his son. The birth and adoption took place in Mansfield‚ Ohio in the early eighties. I am not quite sure of the year‚ but I have been told by others that is was about 1983 (give or take a year). My maiden name is Meghan Baldridge and my father‚ which is also the birth father is Jeffrey Alan Baldridge. Mansfield MedCentral is the hospital I believe where the birth took place.
