I know I have a half sister that was born in 1977. Her birth name was Jessie‚ and adoptive name was Emily. My father spent 1976 in Cincinnati and got a girl pregnant. He returned to MN Jan 1977. He did a paternity test so may be listed on records‚ his name is Dean Ahlers‚ he would have been 18 at the time. My sister would be white‚ and my paternal DNA is mainly German. Birth mother was named Kellie and she is now deceased. Kellie had other children later and I believe my half sister has met her maternal siblings.
