I am searching for my great grandfather who told us he was born and adopted in Cincinnati Ohio..his adopted name is William Howard Allen of color but was raised by a causation family..his birth was Feb23,1912 died May 1985 Fayette county..lived in Louisville at the time of his death..he was married to Eva Lindsey Allen..if u could find any info I would be very thankful..I may be off a year or two on his birth year thanks.
