Trying to locate adoption records for my grandmother Helene Cullison. Her date of birth is 3/27/1919 born in Boone County, West Virginia. Her parents were listed as William and Rua (Reea?) Cullison both deceased as of 1921. She was placed at The Children’s Home Society of Ohio and adopted by William And Mary S Stephens of Akron Ohio. As the Children’s Home Society is no longer in operation I am not sure where to try and locate her records. Thank you
