I was born at St Rita’s Hospital in Lima, Ohio, born October 10, 1973. Adopted through Allen County Children Services. Birth Mothers last name was possibly Wagner (first name possible Sally, but unsure). She was 37 yrs old at the time of my birth. Birth father was 39 at the time of my birth. Birth parents were not married. I was told I have 3-4 1/2 siblings out there as well (One past away very young, I think around 5yrs old of Cerebral Palsy) My birth mother was an adoptee herself.
