I recently received a copy of my original birth certificate that lists my Mother as Sharon Herbert McMillin‚ originally from Indiana. She was listed as having an address in Harrison Ohio‚ and she would be 75 now in 2017. I was born at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati and the adoption was through the Childrens Home of Cincinnati‚ The birth cert lists that my mother had 3 other living children at the time of my birth‚ There is no information on my father on the birth certificate.
