To my knowledge, I was born in Cincinnati, Ohio at what was then called the General Hospital(University Hospital). My adopted parents last name is Tuggle. I was told that my birth mom was a resident at Catherine Booth(Home for Teenage Girls), and I was adopted within a couple days of my birth(January 29,1961).
