The adopted baby boy was born April 20th 1979 at either grant or riverside Methodist hospital in Columbus ohio. The adoption was facilitated by a primary care physician named Dr. Ken Carpenter. Dr. Carpenter was there Primary care physician for the birth mothers father and grand father. All we know otherwise is the certain diseases run on the biological mothers side like diabetes and coronary artery disease. The child was adopted out to a family in plain city Ohio to which the adopted mother was also a patient of Dr. Carpenter. We believe this was a private adoption.
