Im looking for my daughter who was adopted by a great caring loving couple in April of 1999. The adoptive parents named my daughter Emma Lynn i’m not sure of her last name. Her birthday is April 30th 1999, the adoption was mostly closed however they did send pictures and letters occasionally. Her adoptive parents did adopt two other children that I know of one being bi racial and the other black. The biracial child passed away in a car accident and my daughter was unharmed. Please help me find her
