I am looking for a cousin my aunt Brenda Lou Kidd Thompson gave up for adoption about the early 1970’s at Our Lady of Mercy Hospital in Mariemont Ohio. I don’t think the father was listed on the birth certificate because my dad, George Robert Harper, took her to the hospital to give birth and was asked by the nurses who the father was and he said he didn’t know. My dad is now almost 84 years old and he doesn’t remember many details. Brenda’s maiden name was Kidd, she is no longer living, and her married name was Thompson but she went through a divorce before this baby was born and just kept her married name the rest of her life probably because she had 2 daughters by her ex-husband with the name of Thompson. She may have used her maiden name on the birth certificate. My name is Betty Ann (Harper) Lahmann and I did the AncestryDNA hoping to find lost relatives.
