My brother was adopted at birth under the name jacob davis at the time birth took place at licking memorial hospital where he was then adopted by Mary jane gard heston and his name was changed to charles john gard he would be somewhere around the age of 19 or 20 now I believe his adopted mom has passed away and he was placed back into the system and I am not sure if his name was changed or if it remained the same I was told he was placed in a group home though this has been years ago since I was given this information I dont know where to begin now to look for him
