I'm looking for my son a gave up for adoption in 1999. He was born at Anderson Mercy Hospital in Anderson Ohio. He is mixed between black and white and was adopted by a white couple who's first names I believe are Philip and Lorraine and they lived in Lebanon Ohio at that time. That's really all I know.
