I am looking for the birth father of my mother. She was born Judith Ann Warner on 10/28/1939 in Summit County Ohio. Warner was her mother’s (Alma Warner) last name. She was adopted by Alma’s husband within a year or two of her birth. Alma and William raised her. My mom passed away in 2013 without ever knowing who her birth father was.
