My mother was adopted after being turned over to the children’s home. She was around 2 or so. Her name was Roxanne and was changed to Rosanne when she was adopted. It’s to my understanding she was the baby and her next 2 oldest siblings were also taken but all separated. Her birth certificate has her adopted parents names on it. So we have been trying to find her family or relatives. My mom has red hair and blue eyes. I have some info but not much. Please reach out if you know who this is
