I was born in Cincinnati Ohio‚ Oct.3‚ 1979. My birth mother’s name is Nickola (Nikki) Kelhoffer. In speaking with her she refuses to tell me who my father is only sharing that he was married at the time of my birth and that she did not inform him of my conception. I just want to know where I come from and who I am. It should not be her decision to keep that information from me. Thanks for any help provided
