I am looking for my birth parents. I was born October 10‚ 1969 in Bellevue‚ OH‚ at least that is what it says on my birth certificate. I do know that at the time of my birth‚ my birth mother was 17 years old and Caucasian and my birth father was 18 and African American. I could be mistaken and that my birth mother was 16 and my birth father was 17‚ I’m not exactly sure. I am only going by the information I was given by my adopted parents.
