I was placed in my adoptive parents home (Susann Sigler Drbal and Richard Marciline Drbal on July 2, 1970. My adoptive hearing was held on Monday, august 17, 1970 at 11am. I’m assuming that took place in Franklin County court. The lawyer presiding over the case was Josiah Blackmore of Columbus, Ohio. I have an adopted sister who was placed into my adoptive home in 1969. The same lawyer was used for her adoption.
