I am searching for my half-brother. He would have been born in 1961 I think in Franklin County, Ohio. Mothers name is Nancy Lee Clark and his fathers name (not sure it was listed) is Charlie Rose. I dont know his first name or anything about him. We share the same birth mother who died 50 years ago. Our mother was sent to a home for unwed mothers when she became pregnant and maintained no contact with the father. Anyone that I could ask about him has passed away.
