I am in search of 3 siblings who were foster children of my parents. My parents were going to adopt them all together, but then found out they were pregnant for me and knew they couldn’t afford a newborn and 3 other kids. I was born in 1980 so it was early that year that they left my parents. Their names at the time was Tammy, Ricky, and Charlie Kasler or Kessler. At the time they were in foster care in Athens County Ohio. My parents lived in Guysville, Ohio. I know they went to school at Coolville Elementary, there is a yearbook with their photos in it at home. I belive that year Ricky was in kindergarten or so and Charlie were older than he was, I’m not sure whether Tammy was the middle or youngest. Tammy once wrote them a letter after she had grown but I couldn’t find it to get info off of it. My parents are Don and Darla Young. My dad has told us stories, and I know he would love to see/talk to them again.
