We (myself and mom/bio mom) are in search of my brother and I hope and pray that we find you!! You were born James Allen/Alan Patrick‚ on May 8th 1963‚ to Eleanor Patrick (15 yrs old)‚ in Cleveland‚ Ohio. You were joined with a family via closed adoption through Catholic Charities. I believe they were your foster family prior to your adoption. Eleanor has been going through various avenues to assist in locating you‚ including registering with Vital Statistic to provide her medical‚ and other contact information. Due to a closed adoption‚ she could only provide information in case you were looking as well‚ wanted to obtain any medical information you may need to obtain.
