I am searching for a male child born to Carol Lee Eglian in Cincinnati‚ Ohio (Hamilton County) around 1963-1964. The child was most likely adopted straight from the hospital. My father Frank Staggs was told that he was the child’s father but he was not involved in the adoption. I believe this was the second child born to Carol Eglian. Carol went on to marry Walter Layne and have 4 or 5 more children. One of Carol’s brothers was Robert Eglian.
