I am searching for my great nephew Devon. Devon was born to my niece Christy Carter around 2008. The adoption took place in Hamilton‚ County and I do know Devin and his sister Destiny were adopted by their foster parents. The only name I have to go on is the name everyone called the foster mother which was "Mimi". Thank everyone for taking time to read this.
