I had a son when I was 15 that my father made me put up for adoption. I never wanted to let the baby go but I was forced into that. He was born in September and I believe the date was the 13th of 1986. Licking county‚ Ohio is where I lived at the time of his birth so I assume he was born more than likely at Licking Memorial Hospital in Newark Ohio. His first name or his given name that I gave him at birth was Stephen Andrew. There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t think about him and wander about him and hope he’s OK. I would love for him to know That he was desperately wanted by both his father and me. We loved him and we wanted him. I wasn’t aware of my options back at that time in life I felt and believed that I had no other choice‚ but to let him go. If I had known I had options I would’ve kept him And raised him and loved him more than life itself.
