Looking for my brother. He was adopted at birth- I believe in the latter part of 1967-after our father, David Holm died of suicide in Minnesota. Our mother moved to Ohio where she gave birth and he was adopted out through a Lutheran agency- probably in Columbus, Ohio. Our mother was born in October of 1946. I don’t know my brother’s date of birth, but I was told our mother was 7 mos pregnant with him when our father died in April of 1967- so I have estimated his month of birth on this questionnaire.
