Searching for Daughter born 8/25/1969 Booth Memorial Hospital‚ Cleveland Ohio Dr. James Dingfelder delivered the child. Adoption done through Cuyahoga County Child Services *Adoption release papers signed by birth mother in mid-December 1969. Last name of birth mother "Palmer" *Biological father not named on the birth certificate. Adoption agency would not allow mother to name him in order to eliminate the need for him to sign the release papers.
