My 2 daughters were adopted out in 2010. I did not sign over my rights but the judge took my parentally rights in 2009. Their names and correct spelling are Breonna Lee Brown and Makayla Nicole Brown. I do believe their last names were changed. It took place with Trumbull county children’s services in Warren Ohio. Breonna is now 15 and Makayla is 13. Breonna was born on March 23rd 2006 and Makayla September 12th 2007. Breonna has dirty blonde hair and blue eyes and Makayla has brown hair and brown eyes. I do believe the foster family lived in Howland Ohio at the time of the adoption thank you
