I don’t know a whole lot. I do know his father is Douglas mosher and his mother’s name was Winnie‚ not sure what her last name was as she was in foster care at the time. I was told that my brothers name was supposed to be Doug but I’m not sure if the adoptive parents changed it. I don’t have much more info than this as it was my great grandmother that signed the adoption papers because my father was only 16 at the time and wasn’t givin the choice to keep him. My great grandmother passed a long time ago so I can’t really ask her anything. I know it definitely a long shot but I’d really love to find my brother
