I know very little at this point. I know a baby girl was born to Nancy Gail MacLellan who was born 0ctober 9 1963. She may have named the baby Frances, but I don’t know if this was ever official. As far as I know, the adoptive family also wanted the name Frances. I do not know for sure if she was born in 1988, it may have been 1987. The only reason I speculate is I once found a letter through a third party(through the catholic church I believe) that was dated maybe February 1988, from the adoptive family thanking her for giving them her child and they empathized with her sacrifice. I believe this was in the Halifax area.
